We relocated from Pittsburgh, PA in 2003 to escape the weather and the rigors of corporate life and to enjoy life in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Today we are active members of the Daniel Island community where we own and operate Core One Properties, a property management company, and Core One Mortgage Company. I am the President of the Daniel Island Business Association, a board member of the Charleston Trident Regional Education Advisory Board, and particpate in other clubs and associations- as well as being an avid golfer and fisherman.
Karen Smith, a licensed CPA, manages our business operations and finance and is the President of the the newly formed Daniel Island Chapter of the PTA and a active member of the local Rotary Club.
